We are an active service company providing quality guaranteed Installations, Commissioning and Maintenance of Radio and Transmission Equipment, contracting to Network Providers and various equipment vendors. We are equipped to perform total or part contracts for the installations of Points of Presence, Base Station Controllers, Base transceiver Stations, Transmission nodes and IP Network switches with fixed cabling and wireless. We perform site surveys for wireless RF planning, and Point to Multipoint transmission links and Service on demand for fibre infrastructure. We also install and commission DC battery back-up power systems and Uninterrupted Power Supplies.

We are also an installer and supplier of Tyco Electronics and Datanet products.

We have diversified into optical fibre systems, fibre hauling and splicing, and therefore, providing a complete turnkey solution for the telecoms environment.

The company is a close corporation, registered as ICE Cell Services. We started operations in September 2006 providing installation services in the Telecommunication industry.

We are a young company based in Johannesburg, aiming to become a major player in the Telecoms contracting market.

The company has been independently assessed by NERA. We are a level 3 Contributor with a BEE rating of 110%. The members of the business are from the group designated Black, and 50% Black female owned. 90% of the staff is from the previously disadvantaged groups.

We would improve the BEE status of companies that sub-contract us.

The multi skilled staff, all with experience in the telecommunication industry, trained in-house or previously worked for other contractors in the radio and Telecom transmission networks.

The company and staff are Health & Safety conscious and compliant, registered with COID.

We perform the following functions:

• Installation and commissioning of Radio and Telecom Transmission equipment - Motorola certified
• Site surveys and reticulation, equipment installations and commissioning of Base Station cell sites.
• Installation and commissioning of Transmission equipment: Point to Multipoint Microwave - Cambridge Broadband certified to install, commission and service of Vecta Star equipment,
• Installation and commissioning of RF feeder and antennas, including optic-fibre terminal systems
• Installation and commissioning DC battery back-up, power systems and UPS's, certified by Grintek Power and Enatel (Contract Kitting) Installations of Data centre's with Optic and LAN cabling fixed and wireless (ADC Krone certified) Projects include the SEACOM DC Core room and Meet Me Rooms in Neovate Park, Power systems at NZASM
• Complete Maintenance and repairs of radio access infrastructure
• Complete installations and Base configuring of IP equipment.
• We have a division that provides drive testing and performs network changes for RF Network Optimization.
• Optical Fibre installations: Fibre hauling and splicing in the access networks. (FOA Certified)

We have recently completed IP Network infrastructure systems on the SANRAL Electronic Toll Collection Project.

Recently, we have successfully completed roll out of Customer Site Power systems and Optical systems for Service on Demand services (FTTX), and roll out of the IP network infrastructure In Neotel for the CDMA network.

With the convergence of IT and Telecommunication, fixed and wireless services, many opportunities are emerging for installations and commissioning of Power, Radio and Transmission Equipment. New leading-edge technology is also driving decisions for vendors to provide efficient and cost effective solutions to network providers which in turn create further opportunities for us to grow in contracting market, as we are capable of performing tasks across disciplines at the same visit.
